Die Tagung umfasst neben einem umfangreichen Vortragsteil und einer Postersession auch eine Halbtags- und (optional) eine Gangtagsexkursion. Zur Auswahl stehen am Donnerstag Nachmittag: 

• Freisinger Moos
• Bayerische Donaumoos
• Viehlaßmoos
  

Am Samstag stehen zwei Exkursionsziele zur Auswahl:

• Schwäbisches Donaumoos
• Schechenfilz, Mooseurach, Kirchsee

Fotowettbewerb

Vom 10. bis 12. September 2026 findet in Freising die Jahrestagung der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Moor- und Torfkunde e.V. statt. Zu diesem Anlass organisieren wir einen Fotowettbewerb mit dem Thema "Moore sehen" 

Jede/r Autor/in kann sich mit bis zu drei Bildern beteiligen. Alle eingereichten Bilder werden unter Nennung der Namen der Bildautorin/des Bildautors und des Bildtitels im Rahmen der Jahrestagung ausgestellt. 

Aus den eingesandten Fotos wird eine Jury eine Auswahl von insgesamt 25 Bildern treffen. Diese werden in einem 2-Jahres-Kalender veröffentlicht, der an die Teilnehmer und Teilnehmerinnen der Jahrestagung ausgegeben wird und darüber hinaus gegen eine Spende erhältlich sein wird.

Wenn Sie an dem Fotowettbewerb teilnehmen möchten, dann schicken Sie uns Ihre Fotos bitte bis zum 31.07.2026 in digitaler Form (*.tif, *.jpg, *.pdf-Format, Auflösung mindestens 300 dpi im DIN A3-Format). Bitte versehen Sie Ihr/e Foto/s mit einem Titel sowie dem Namen der Bildautorin/des Bildautors und schicken es zusammen mit der unterzeichneten Urheber- und Einverständniserklärung zur Verwendung der Fotos an ftwttbwrb2026dgmtvd. Photo contest

From September 10th to 12th, 2026, the annual conference of the IPS National Committee of Germany (DGMT) e.V. will take place in Freising (Bavaria, Germany). As part of this conference, we are organizing a photo contest with the theme “Seeing Moors.”

Each participant may submit up to three photos. All submitted photos will be exhibited during the annual conference, with the photographer’s name and the photo’s title displayed.

A jury will select a total of 25 photos from among the submissions. These will be published in a two-year calendar, which will be distributed to conference participants and will also be available for a donation.

If you would like to participate in the photo contest, please send us your photos by July 31, 2026, in digital format (*.tif, *.jpg, *.pdf, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi in DIN A3 format). Please include a title and the name of the photographer with your photo(s) and send them, along with the signed copyright and consent form authorizing the use of the photos, to ftwttbwrb2026dgmtvd .
